What should my timing be set at?

I know this is probably an amateur question, but what should my timing on my L03 be set at?

O.k. I reset my timing to 0 and it seems to be running better now. But when I get out of my car after turning it off it smell as though it's running a little rich. Is this normal?

I get a wiff of gas with mine too, but it is near the gas tank. Might be a hose or in your case that stupid canister behind the drivers headlight.
