Best MPG TBI tune up parts/kits?

Car: 1992 Camaro RS 25th Anniversary
Engine: Stock 305 TBI, LT1 soon.
Transmission: V6 NWC T5 by choice
Axle/Gears: Zexel Torsen LSD with 3.23's
Best MPG TBI tune up parts/kits?
Just need to know what some of the better spark plugs, cap and rotor, wires and coils are out there that yielded good MPG gains. I'm going to try and get the best MPG till I swap the motor next year. Thanks, guys!

ac delco plugs, wires, cap and rotor like factory and that should be fine, id bump up the timing a couple degrees. 195 thermostat, good shifting transmission. and staying under 1/2 throttle. if you want to lighten up the car and take out things you dont need or dont use then that would help gas mileage too
