91 rs hard starting

i have a 91 rs convert w/ tbi setup. It has trouble starting when cold, what could it be. its has the 305 in it.

clean the idle air control valve. could be alot of things though.

yeah ive done, that. after it warms up it starts just fine and drives fine.

Had same exact same problem. Bad fuel pump....
