my 89 camaro 305 tbi 5 speed manul is throwing a code 54 i have put a new relay ,fuelpump,fuelfilter it started out runing fine after we put a byepass for vats on it and know its back to not fireing up you crank enging over when you stop you hear pump but it dues not prime
