i havent posted in a long time here but since i bought my new 1991 rs vert ill be on here alil more...

now yesterday there was a hose to a black box thing that had 2other

coolent hoses going to it one end was cracked and i didnt know so when i

picked it up it broke off and coolent exploaded allover me and the engien i was shocked....
now i was wondering what that black box does if i could just disconnect it

and be done with, theres one thats leaking and one thats broke

the first one is leaking the second one broke 1st one from the left 2nd

one from the left too i marked them in the pic thanks for any help

 

Thats your heater control valve. There cheap and easy to replace.

 

so the 2nd one is the heater control valve or the 1st one?

 

The smaller one, or the one on the right in the picture.

thanks i fixed it and put new steel clamps did they some with plastic ones ? mine had plastic ones lmao i mean srsly plastic LMAO
