who has relocated there sensors such as map sensor. or relocated the spark control module and the egr solenoid. if you have where did you move it to. how well did it work. i want to move the map and egr solenoid as well as the spark control module. i was thinking about putting the map above my heater box. the spark control module near that as well as the egr solenoid to get them off the intake so it will look cleaner.

 

Should be no problem. If it bothers you that much. Just cut the wires move it to where you want and solder in new wire with heat shrink sleeving over them.

 

hope it wont effect it. i suppose the spark module wont hurt as it is closer. the map ended up the same distance mounted to the firewall above the heater box. and the egr solenoid i mounted behind the distributor just to the passenger side.

 

Yeah I dont see any reason why it would hurt anything
