Best Fuel pump for 305?
I have a 92' 305 TBI with typical bolt ons want to know what the best fuel pump option is because eventally I want to drop a 350 in a couple months so the pump just needs to work with the engine now. Part numbers would be a big help. Thanks guys!

Re: Best Fuel pump for 305?
So your putting a carb'd 350? Changing the pump once would be the best option. most of us have upgraded to a 255LPH pump which is the stock size pump that comes on TPI cars. The regulator will determine the PSI for your 305. Now if you plan on going to a carbureted setup, you can just put another TBI pump in there for now, and I guess technically that'll be enough to feed a carb engine too. But I dunno part #'s. The pump of choice is a Walbro pump. You can buy them online. Edelbrock, holley, bbk are all reboxed walbro's for more $$$

Walbro's are known as good pumps. I am not really a fan of the Airtex brand pumps that autozone, Oreilly carry...At least find an AC Delco pump.
