TBI Ignition System HELP
I want to run the MSD 6AL ignition box with an MSD distributor. However im not sure which distributor will work with my EBL ECM? Any suggestions on which MSD distributor will work? going to order the parts as soon as i know which will work. thanks.
Contact Rbob about this but wanted other opinions as well

Here's your two options: http://www.summitracing.com/search/D...?Ns=Rank%7cAsc
Seems like a waste on a LO3 - even on a LO5.
If your current distributor works, why replace it?
And the ignition box, doesn't really do much for performance (at this stage of motor), nor will it help significantly on the LO5. All they do is turn a single spark into multiple sparks per firing. Claim to burn the fuel a tad better, but no real performance gains. About the only advantage is built in rev limiting (which you can do with your foot).
But alas, I'm a tightwad. In my world, I could find many more performance parts to spend that $400+ on!
*edit - now I would replace my ignition control module with a MSD brand - but only when the OEM goes bad

fastassbird is from Fresno and he is selling a brand new MSD distributor for your application William if your intersted PM me and I can get you into contact with him. I was down there picking something up from him and saw it. He also had some headers he was looking to sell.
But yes those are basically your options. You dont really need to upgrade. but some people have said they felt the car running better once changing those. And they will work with the EBL flash no problem.
