Can someone tell me what I'm missing here?
There is a cut wire that would originally go to my vapor canister.
I need to know what was originaly there, and its exact name so it can be replaced. Pics if possible! Thanks.

I took a look and sure enough they are for the washer pump. Your car is missing the whole washer storage bottle. In the picture I circled the lower mounting bolt hole.

Its weird the car never had the washer bottle pump, no previous owners had taken it off, and its not on the build sheet? Anyone else heard of a Bird coming without one factory???

Its not going to be on the option sheet...its not an option. that would be like them putting "intake manifold" or "accelerator cable" on the option list. they aren't options, They come on every car...yours was removed. go to the junkyard, snag a bottle/pump/connector to splice onto the wires hanging out and fix your car.
