Engine: 350 TBI LT1 Cam 60cc Vortec Heads

Transmission: 5 speed

Axle/Gears: 3.08

BBK Underdrive Pulleys Set-1620 Serpentine Length

Hi All:

Just bought this set right here on thirdgen. The instructions from BBK say to use a 92.3 inch belt...that is with the a/c and smog. Anyone have these on their car without the smog (no delete pulley) and what length belt did you use?

I just went out to my car. I have those pullies, no smog pump, no delete pulley. and I have a/c. And my belt # is a K060923 which is a 92.3 inch belt. But I dont have the alternator pulley with the kit. I am running an msd small pulley on there. So your belt may have to be a little longer than mine. Maybe an inch or so. (i did not put the pulleys on for performance more for looks

)

Follow the belt rouiting at www.thirdgen.org/serpentine, and use a shoe string to get the length approximate, then buy that length, one size longer, and one size shorter, fit the best one, return the other 2.
