I thought that the only TAs had air extractors in the fenders.
Its a canadian car so anythings possible.

 

the steering wheel has been changed so it's hard to tell. kind of looking like a regular trans am with gta badges.

 

there is NO way that's a GTA with TBI, fender vents, the P.S. pocket
would have a GTA emblem!!! 5 Spd and GTA hmmmmmm the dash's were mostly Dig

i wanted to make sure-- i emailed the guy quite a while ago that it's likely a fake gta but he keeps advertising it as such.

 

not that there is anything wrong with a TA
this dealer will get sued!!!! he is tying to rip off someone

 

he sure has a gta price tag on it!

PS I had a maroon GTA it would have Gold rims

 

i bet he got conned into thinking that it was a gta and now needs to pass the con along just to wash his hands of it.

 

GTA front emblem is missing, the one on the fender is too close to the door, the emblem on the sail panel is way too high, doesn't have the GTA seats, GTAs didn't have side vents, GTAs had gold rims, center caps should say WS6, missing fog lights, GTAs had TPI, driver seat should have power, seat belt is blue for some reason, hood doesn't line up, and driver's door isn't lined up.

 

Get the Vin number and carfax it, or call your dealer.

 

GTAs couldn't be had with a TBI engine, just TPI (305 TPI with the 5 speed, 350 TPI with the automatic). The GTA was the "top of the line" verstion of the Trans Am. The Formula and regular Trans Am had the 5.0 TBI as the base engine with various TPI engines as options.

Agreed with above, looks like somebody slapped a few GTA badges on a regular Trans Am.
