is there any difference between the tbi unit of a 90 camaro and a 92 caprice. they are both 305s. i want to do do some of the mods that require grinding the tbi. and i would like to do the mods to the tbi out of the caprice and just swap it into the camaro. that way if i do mess something up i dont have to buy a new tbi. they have the same injectors, tps, and iac. but when i look up the tbi they have different part numbers.

 

I'd check the throttle arm, they changed the cable on some of those during the early 90s.
