injector pulsating
I got curious and watched my injectors while it was idling and its spraying in a cone but it looked like it was just constantly spraying. I have been having rich issues for a while, could this be the reason?

That is how they are supposed to spray, check for an exhaust leak before or close to the O2 sensor.
