Tbi chugging with a intermittent miss

Car: 91 Camaro Rs
Engine: 305 tbi
Transmission: 700r4
Axle/Gears: Stock
Tbi chugging with a intermittent miss
High I am having trouble with a 305 tbi.
I have changed the following parts.
Tps, cts, iac, map, ecu, distributer, router button, plug wires and plugs.
I have also clean and rebuilt the throttle body.
My problem is on idle I have a small miss that is not constant. And at 1/4 throttle it chugs. It runs like a top when it's cold though no miss or nothing!
Any thoughts are appreciated! I'm out of them I'm starting to think fuel pump but don't know. And egr is blocked off for now I will fix it when I get the car running right.
