where does this go
Can anyone tell me where the rubber hose in the picture goes. I can't seem to find where in plugs into. the car is a 89 firebird with a 5 speed if that helps. Sorry if the pictures suck but i only had my phone on me.

it goes to the air cleaner assembly for the inlet vac motor

i got another question i need help with. i found this while trying to figure out what's wrong with my car.
it looks like a sensor. it's located on the passenger side under the exhaust manifold. The 2nd pic is thge part that broke off.
So my 1st question is what is it?
And the 2nd is what problems would this being broke cause?

coolant fan switch plug. If the fan is not rewired this is what controls it to turn on.
