Painless 60101 for CFI

I'm starting work on my '82 CFI Z28 and a few of my connectors are brittle and have either fallen apart of the retainer clips have snapped off. I was looking on the Painless Wiring site and it looks like part 60101 would be a direct replacement for my existing harness.

I found a few other posts here on TGO, but was curious if anyone has used Painless 60101 to directly replace a factory CFI harness in their third gen...

The painless wiring harness is not for your cfi it for a tbi different ecm / throttle bodies. If your wanting to stay with your current setup alot of the ends can be found at the junk yard on tbi car's and trucks just buy a Lisle part number 14900 removal tool or go on ebay and look for a packard or delphi one. Alot of the connector ends can also be purchased at www.mouser.com packard weather proof connectors.

Thanks for the reply. Not a lot of yards where I'm at and very few third-gens in the ones that are here. I'll check out Mouser for the ends I need to replace.

Man, I didn't even know there was a market for specialty CFI parts, I always assumed people yanked it all out. Glad I still have mine!
