Engine: 305 TBI

Transmission: 700R4

Axle/Gears: 4.10

2 Bar Map Sensor

I have a 91 Formula 305 TBI pretty well modified. Can I install a 2 bar MAP sensor? Will I have to have the ECM modified? If you need more info let me know.

You only need a 2 or 3 bar map sensor if you are boosted, ie: turbo or super charger

I have a 6.5 psi boost supercharger. I sent my chip to Ed Wright Automotive (Fastchip), who programmed my chip originally, but he said he would not re-program it for the 2 bar MAP. Ed's statement doesn't sound right to me.
