TBI conversion. no start
I have kind of an interesting issue with my Camaro.I recently put a 454 in it and then decided to put the TBI system from the donor truck in it. The problem I am having is it will not start without adding fuel down the throttle body. after it starts it runs ok.I am pretty sure that the injectors don't fire while cranking. Now according to the wiring diagram that I have the I the "injector A" fuse is only powered with key on. Could it be that the "injector" fuse is suppose to be hot while in run and start? Or is there some other possibility.

Yes, hot in both run & crank. You likely wired it to an accessory feed, which is cold during cranking.

Re: TBI conversion. no start
Thanks. i shall fix that after I drink coffee.
Edit: Fixed! Starts right up and runs good. now route the wiring and secure it. then get it ready for racing
