So I bought a used Holley TB (p/n 502-6) for use on my 350 swap a couple years back. Theres no information on Holley's website about which injectors come with it, no one at Holley seemed to know, and the guy I bought it from didn't know either so I wanted to have them flow tested to make sure they were big enough to support my combo (not to mention so I'd know what value to put in my EBL tune). My injectors were not color coded like the new ones listed on Holley's site, Summit, etc., and the only number on the injector is 5389, which is not a part number and provided little info upon searching the web.
I sent them to a company called Witch Hunter Performance in Duvall, Washington who specializes in fuel injector cleaning and flow testing fully expecting these injectors to be of the 45-60lb variety depending on pressure. They flow tested, cleaned, then retested the injectors and replaced the o-rings and screen filter on the injectors as well as supplying some data from their tests. When I got them back I was quite surprised to find that they flowed 940 & 952 cc/min at 21psi (thats just how they measured them) which translates to 89.5 & 90.7 lbs/hr at 21 psi. Much better than I was expecting and even a little better than Holley rates their largest injector (85lbs at 21psi). So hopefully this will give some info to those who may be considering purchasing the Holley TB or looking for bigger injectors to run their setups.
