Complete 92 TBI Fuel Lines Diagram or Parts List - Anyone Have One??
I'm trying to compile my pre-project intel on what I need to acquire before getting started. My goal is to replace the entire fuel line setup, including return and vent lines, from tank to engine and back again, (as well as the tank, sender, pump, filter, strainer, straps, etc....but I'm good with that).
However, the standard GM parts diagram isn't very useful from my perspective and looking aftermarket has left me even more confused as no one seems to differentiate between TPI and TBI "fuel injection" when it comes to their kits.
Before I pound my head against the wall any harder has anyone been through this already and have the breakdown? What did you do? Who's kits did you use? Vendor recommendations? I've hit all the standard parts suppliers for our cars and inlinetube.com but, I'm nowhere near satisfied.
THANKS IN ADVANCE!!!

I think the first question that needs to be asked before someone can help you is why are you wanting to replace everything from tank to engine? If there's nothing physically wrong with the fuel system, you could be wasting a lot of money on parts you don't need.
For now all I'll say is that when purchasing a fuel pump, you should be looking at either a stock replacement for a TPI camaro or firebird or a 190 lph pump if going aftermarket. This will help ensure that you are getting enough fuel at all times and is almost a requirement if you ever plan on doing any serious modding with H/C/I. Also most aftermarket fuel pumps (not sure about stock replacements) will come with a new strainer.
