Either BLOCK will drop right in.
You'll need a different flywheel/flexplate if you use a two-piece rear main seal block. You may need a different damper and matching timing cover.
Cylinder heads are a different matter.
Someone other than me will have to help you with the tuning/fuel delivery problems of installing a 350 in an application that is set up for a 305.
