stumbling while cruising

Car: 91 RS convertible

Engine: 330 hp vortec 350. TBI

Transmission: 5 Speed

Axle/Gears: 3.73 Moiser 12 bolt/Wilwood disc's

stumbling while cruising

Car has a new chip. I have not got it rite since the tranny swap. I had a chip burnt on the dyno and the thing ran ok. Now at cruising rpm it stumbles. At steady throttle at between 16 to 19/2000 it stumbles. Give it gas and it goes. let off and it fine.

Any ideas?
