Knock Sensor/Fan Switch
Knock Sensor/Fan Switch
Ok.. it's been two months since I pulled the L03 out and I'm dropping it back in Thursday night. However, dummy me, I can't remember which plug goes to what sensor. Both of these are on the right side of the engine, one sensor is in the head with blue trim (which I believe is the fan switch, right?) and the other one is in the block just above the oil pan with white trim (which is the knock sensor, I think).
The plugs on that side are: one is black and the other is white.
One COULD assume that the white plug goes to the sensor with the white trim (knock sensor?) but I don't want to play a guessing game and f#$! something up if I was wrong.
Thanks,
Mike....

If you are referring to the passenger side then the fan switch is what goes into the cylinder head.

Oops, didn't read your post right. I do believe the plug with the blue trim is for your fan switch.
