Re: Stall Ac on
do you feel a big loss of power when you turn it on? (i know you will loose some power when you turn it on) but is there a considerable difference of power?

One thing to check is that the A/C active signal to the ECM is OK. It is a dark green wire on ECM pin B8, needs to have +12 volts on it when the compressor clutch is engaged. This tells the ECM to bump the IAC and idle speed.

My car has the same problem when I turn the defroster on. Does the defroster use the A/C? I haven't tested mine but what would be the solution if you don't see 12 volts at this wire?

Re: Stall Ac on
According to the '92 FSM, yes, A/C compressor is requested during defrost.
If no +12 volts on that wire start under the hood and track it down. Likely a splice that is open. The splice is located between the low pressure switch on the accumulator and the high pressure cutout switch on the compressor.
The wire color is possibly light blue, not the dark green I posted previously. This is to ECM pin B8. This is what the FSM shows for wire color.
