I was trying to determine where I was losing fuel and pulled my throttle body to clean it and change out gaskets, etc. using the complete overhaul kit and noticed when I put the one fuel line bolt back into the body there is a big crack! Please tell me I can order just the fuel meter body assembly and not need a whole new TBI!!!!! I can't find the parts online and this is my daily driver. I need to get this on the road.

No it's the bottom piece. You can see the crack here. I found a new part on eBay, doesn't seem like it's something I'm gonna find locally. Whoever had put that fitting in last used threadlock on it, which I noticed why when I found the crack. Only prob is now I cleaned it and removed it, I cracked it more.

 

Oh, okay. Don't have one of those. I cracked mine where the fuel injector nozzle sits. Good luck.

 

I ordered a new one, just hope I can get it here readily fast 😩

 

I was actually able to seal it with ethanol resistant epoxy, and covered the whole piece and seam with gas tank sealant epoxy. So far it is working, fingers crossed it holds enough to get the new part here!!!
