Opinion Of worth
What would you pay, ballpark, for
Rust free RS,
Clean (re-paint) with bumper imperfections,
T-tops, one damaged,
T5, 89-92 V8 TBI under hood looks unmolested
< 100k miles,
IROC wheels,
3 hours away,
Tires are good for the next year or two,
Interior in good normal shape, foam and material appears healthy, minor stains.
Intent to use as DD, not show.

I paid $1,500 for mine two months ago, and it's pretty much what you described. Most idiots ask around $5K for cars in that condition though. $2-3k is generally a good price to pay.
