Header Swapped 88 305 TBI Stalling out

I have completed a header swap on my 88 Firebird 305 TBI with the T5 and have added the heated O2 sensor like recommend, and the car drove fine for a month or so. I am now experiencing a loss of all power at random, which makes the car want to stall if i give it any more than 1/4 throttle. I have double checked that I have power at the fuse block where I have the heated sensor plugged in. Can you give me any advice here?

Just to note the car drives perfectly fine for a minute or so before I believe the O2 sensor cycles on.

1. What is the data stream on the scan tool telling you?

2. What is the fuel pressure when you have the "loss of all power at random"?

The code coming up at this point in time is a code 24, which I believe is irrelevant. I have not run a scan tool while driving.
I have yet to check the fuel pressure, but I replaced a dead fuel pump after the car sat for 10+ years as well as the filter so I doubt thats the issue.
