I have a stock 91 RS 305, LO3. I have decided that I would like to go with the Vortec heads, I understand they will have to be milled. I am wondering which intake I should choose, Edelbrock performer, GM Vortec Intake for TBI, or something else. Also With all this, what springs and cam should I use? Is anyone aware of any other huge problems I may encounter attempting this? Thanks!

In the latest Chevy High Performance they have an article on a new TPI Vortec intake sold by Scoggins-****ie. You can use any stock Chevy TPI unit. There is also a TBI Vortec manifold available.
