What sort of parts do you guys recommend on adding HP to a stock 305? I'm talking heads, cam, etc. If I replace stock heads and cam will the computer still function properly with stock chip, or will that need replaced also? When you guys talk about the ultimate TBI mods, what are you refering to?

I'm not going to go into head/cam/intake recommendations, I'm sure that someone else on this site can help you there. There are just way too many options.

The stock computer chip may or may not suffice after swaping heads/cam/intake. It all depends on your combination. Mine was so far off after I swapped that I actually ran significantly slower times afterwards . NJ Speeder ran low 14's on his stock chip though...

before you jump into heads and a cam and so on you need to do the basics...heads will help much more if you can get the out out of them so id get headers, do the ultimate TBI mods and run a k&n open element...looks like you have suspension covered...go with a eldebrock TBI manifold and a lt1 cam and see how it runs...then heads...you gotta be able to get the exhaust in and out before the heads will make the difference you want it to...
