To keep things in open loop I opened the EBL VE Learn "preferences" and jacked Minimum CTS to 300F. When temp hit 120F the WUD indicated I was in closed loop. There must be something else I need to adjust to stay in open loop... What? thanks.

 

In your BIN file Increase Cosed loop - CTS threshold to max.

 

What Larry posted. The changes you made only affect the VE Learn (the auto-tuning).
