Throttle Body Rebuilders
I found SPR with a search. Any others worth mentioning?
Looking for people who can do more than I could at home like thoroughly clean, bush shafts, if necessary, etc.
I can replace gaskets, injectors, etc. so not interested if it's a place that can only do that.

Any machine shop should be able to re-bush the TBI. My machinist uses thinwall bronze valve guide inserts cut to length.
Cleaning is no more difficult than any carburetor. Easier, really. Aerosol "Carb spray" cleaner, dip tank, or ultrasonic cleaning work just fine.
'Bout all that's left is cleaning the injectors. There's several methods, the overall easiest is to fill the tank a few times with "Top Tier" high-detergent fuel, and maybe add a bottle of Techron.
Pretty much a D-I-Y job, except for the re-bushing.
