Something everyone should know about Lt1 cam
If the word "used cam" scares you understand that the Lt1 is a steel piece. They don't exactly wear out like a normal flat tap. They also let you reuse your stock roller lifters because they too can be reused. I just thought I'd point this out to those of you that might have heard from 'other sources' that a used cam is a thing to avoid.
So if you were every thinking about a cam swap definatly keep the roller setup. The advantages of a roller cam are great in comparison to the price. It's probably the only internal moving piece I would ever reuse from a used motor with unknown milage.

spreading info is a good thing but it does make it harder
to find parts when more people know about them...........
i bet even a year ago finding an lt1 cam wasnt as much a task as now
