might have sticking IAC valve or vacume leaks.
OOPS, never mind, didn't watch the whole thing...
Have you drained out any old gas and replaced with new?

Hi! It was empty when i got it. And it was same behavior when we put little bit of gas directly to TBI to check if it cranks. And also it spits smoke thenOriginally Posted by henryd3
Have you drained out any old gas and replaced with new? Do you know if it ran when it was parked? See if the distributor is loose, or try retarding the ignition a tad to see if it calms the backfire. That would be turning it to the right a hair
Oh, and have you taken off the distributor cap to take a look?

I think i didnt run, because air filter was already burned (i guess from fireball)
We did remove TBI for rebuild, but i dont think it is only that.

Watched the vid last night, slept on it... If it has sat undriven for 6yrs, I'd do a full tune up, verify ignition base timing, spark plug firing order and clean the IAC while rebuilding the TB. Good luck!
Hello, we did rebuild TBI and now it runs little bit better but still shuts down and sometimes blows fireball from TBI. I checked error codes, it gives 33 and 42. It also explodes from exhaust when is raving. Until i order new parts i wanna know, can it put 42 error code if timing is not right? In few days i will get equipment for checking that.
Thanks!
Thanks!
