I just got the EBL Flash II installed and I checked some numbers after a 20 minute drive. I have an 89 TBI 305 with a 700r4. The engine is showing signs of being on its way out after about 200,000 miles. Ive had the smog pump deleted, and got dual exhaust with headers but still running on stock tune.
I know nothing about these numbers but the spark knock doesn't look good does it.

 

could be exhaust hitting the frame, bad spark plug or incorrect plug heat range. also over tightening the knock sensor or a faulty ESC module to name a few things to check. have you read the plugs? knock will show tiny pieces of metal (rings) on the porcelain.
