I have completed reading numerous articles and gone into many web sites, I want to put a dual snorkle in my 1992 TBI RS Camaro.
Does anyone know where I can get some modification directions, I am not sure how to get the dual snorkle clearnance over the A.I.R box. All comments are welcome

You can't get it around it. You'll need to make a choice or be REALLY good with fabrication skills (adjusting the metal pipe in back of pump).
You can just unbolt the unit and drop it out of the way or remove the whole thing. I had the dual snorkel on my Lo3 and it was great. It felt a lot better than the stock air cleaner. For a stock Lo3 it's about the same results as an open element.
Stupid metal pipe in back of AIR pump makes relocation nearly impossible. I guess you COULD cut the pipe half way, bolt it on to both pieces and just use a rubber line with hose clamps. That's the only option if you want to keep it.

Well, I am in hte proccess of installing it on my car. Right now, i just got the cleaner (no hoses) on, yeah, clearence aint to good with the AIR diverter valve....but I think that a throttle body spacer would work good. Just not sure if theres enough room for that, and not sure if I got enough room fer passenger side hose with A/C still there (I dont have the hoses yet...).
BTW, What type of ducting would you reccomend to use if I was to fab up the ducting?

Thanks for the feedback......... I forgot to mention that I am currently having a GoodMark cowl hood installed, and would you recommend using TBI spacers to increase the height to clear the AIR box. If so, how high can I increase the TBI. Or should I come up with a different strategy. All comments are welcome.

I havent put the throttle body spacer on yet (all none essential car work waits till warmer weather, no garage!). But, as long as you have the hood clearence, I dont see any reason they wouldnt be a viable option fer increasing air cleaner hieght. I could be totaly wrong, so if anyone disagrees (or for that matter, agrees..) please post it!
