Vader, LT1 cam specs again please. :-)

Vader,

I am sorry to have to ask you this. I've seen you post that chart on here many many times.

I just did a search and found a lot of places that you did post it, but they are now gone.

If you don't have the chart, then can you possibly give me the specs on one from a 96 z28 LT1?

Thank you very much,
AJ

THANK YOU.
I've been busting my hump, looking for the specs using the search engine.
Help, Vader!
BTW, are you the guy that just out-bidded me on the 96 LT1 cam on eBay?

Yes it helped a lot. Thank you.

I did a search, found a few places that Vader had posted those charts, but they showed up as a red "X". Then when I copied the properties and pasted them into the address line, I kept getting the error that Internet Explorer gives when it can't open a page.

If you have the chart, please post it, or send it to me via email. I had in stored on my old computer, but I don't use it no more.

Thanks again Jon,
AJ

As for the springs, you're going to need something with a little more pressure. As roller cams have severe valve closing angles, the valve tends to bounce off the seat (valve float) when slamming shut.
I bought a set of $42.00 K-Motion valve springs, and I'm hoping that that will be enough. They fit in the pockets, and they're stronger than stock. Should be good.

what kind of rockers r u using with them?

would they hold up 2.....1.6 ratio with LT1 cam?

do vortec heads have the same size stud as 3rd gen heads?

anybody have the specs of all the diff LT1 cams?
where there diff LT1 cams?

I'm using the stock rockers, and the valves have a bind height of 1.050 inches. Multiply the lift of the cam, to the ratio of the rocker (1.6), and if the number exceeds 1.050", then they won't work.
Just guessing, I think it should work fine, anyways.
Don't know about the vortec heads.
Yes, there are different specs for the LT1 cams, but nobody seems to have a complete list...
