Unknown hole on rear of motor

I have installed a tbi motor into my 84 trans am and converted to carb I just have a hole 3 inches from my distributor on the driver's side of the block. Everything says this should be a oil switch on tbi to stop fuel pump without oil pressure. I no longer need this and want to plug leaking oil. It has no threads and haven't found a good solution or the part to plug this thanks. Hopefully someone can tell me the use for this. Thank you I'm stumped on next step don't want to tap it if there is a proper fitting.

fitting is broken off in hole-use an ez-out to remove, work with caution to avoid debris falling down hole and getting into oil galley. 1/8 pipe is the plug size.

As said, the OEM fitting is broken-off and must be removed.

However, while it is for an oil pressure sending unit/fuel pump relay bypass, the fuel pump part of the wiring does not shut off the pump when the oil pressure disappears, as long as the fuel pump relay is still engaged.

Either, or both items--the oil pressure sending unit, or the fuel pump relay--can turn the pump on. BOTH have to be disengaged to turn the pump off.
