The best I've ran so far with my car with 2.73's non posi was 15.89@88. Since then I have added 3.23 limited slip, and a shift kit. What will the old L03 run now? It is out of commission temporarily, but I'm excited, the track opens tonight and I'm going to take my jeep to beat some ricers! It runs high 14's, hope the RS can get close to my SUV. Who has an RS or Firebird with gears and a cam...15 flat guys?

 

You're unclear, do you have a cam or not?
If you've got a cam, decent gears (3.23 are good for a mild Lo3 with stock redline). If you've got a better cam, tell us.
A cam swap in the Lo3 is one of the best things you can do. Everyone chant with me, Lt1, Lt1.
I know guys running 15 flat with slicks, gears/posi, and full exhaust. Smoking rice is so much fun, tell us what you race and how bad you beat em.
I've got 4 time slips I have to post on my site. Each one has a good story and 2 of the 4 were against the slowest riced out civics I've EVER seen. Huge spoiner, custom everything, custom dash, hood, ground effects blah blah and he managed something in the 16's. His friend ran a 17 something against me. I honestly looked in my side view (rear view fell off a while ago) and I saw him and I think I was still in 1st gear. It just got so small I was laughing. I wish they would pair up cars to cross the 1/4 mark at the same time. Those are the best races! That gives me an idea, I'll call up Nat trails and Atco to see if they could arange a street race nite over my spring break.

Yes I do have a cam, read the post 'Super L03 7000rpms'. Jprevost, you seem to know a lot about TBI, When I get my 350 finished(in the machine shop now), I'm gonna be picking your brain if I have any trouble, lol. I am going to post about injector size again, cause I've been studying on them and I need some experienced people's opinons. thanks.
