My Camaro runs like **** and im tired of it. HELP!!!!

Damnit,I mean I lost tonight to my friend's '96 Camaro V6!!!! BADLY!!!!! I MEAN BAD!!!

Whenever I start my car it takes soooo many cranks for it to start, then it runs like **** for like 15 mins while it warms up.

It will NOT get up and go when I gas it before its warm. It just shakes back and forth violently. If I give it gas right after I start it untill like 10 mins, its like its not getting rnough gas or something cause it just bogs down and runs like crap. Well I'm tired of it.

I've done a full tuneup. didnt help it at all. I've only had the car for a week and a half. What should I do? Run a bottle of injector cleaner? Damnit,I dont care what I have to do.

I need an experts advice on what I should do.

......AND WHY IS IT DOING THIS????????

Its just soooo friggin annoying. After like 15-20 mins, its alright mostly. Throttle responce turns normal, and it just feels more powerful! I mean WTF!?!?!

I am no expert - but I have done my share of tuning up (if you will...). I'll give ya a list (based on my experience)
1) Full tune up (done...)
2) Sensors (oxygen, COOLANT TEMP SENSOR (dont over looks it), others
3) Fuel pressure?
4)thermostat (mayeb it is stuck open, and that is why it takes so long to warm up?)
4) anything I havent listed causing a problem! (covering my @ss...)
Good luck though! I knwo how ya feel!

Edit: damn, I almost forgot - check your wirings/ECM I know I zapped my ECM or something - cuz my car sucked, put replacement ecm in, and it helped (i dunno how/what I did, but old one WAS screwwy). Use the winaldl (go to prom burning board) to gaher info. I gotta make the cable still, sorry I cannot tell ya mmore about it..

Bad Sensors will usually set codes. Check your ect and cold start circuit(if it has one) usually if a ect is reading too high the car will think it is already in closed loop and not give it enough fuel to warm up.

I had the exact same problem... I hated it Almost took a sludge hammer out on my car because I couldnt find the problem.... Turns out that it was a need for a $24.99 Distributor cap and rotor button.... after that it worked like new.... Im no mechanic but that what mine was doing and thats what fixed mine (89 Camaro Rs+ 5.0 v8)

Good Luck
