You can make a lot of power out of a 305, 335 or 350. Cam choice is dependant on your Head choice. Do you want to settle for cast iron vortec heads? if so go with a lt1 cam plus 1.6 RR's or a LT4 cam. If you are doing the aluminum heads, get a LT4 hotcam and a performer rpm vortec intake, etc. Don't get 1 3/4" primaries unless you plan to make more than 400 hp. If not save some cash and get 1 5/8" primaries. SLP, Hedman, Hooker, Edelbrock make good headers.

Not enough to beat a modded LS1, and you will be upset after all that work to run high 13 low 14s.

Add another 15 cubes, go with a 350 block they hardly cost anything and most of the parts you plan on using for a 335 you can use for a 350.

A well built 350 will get you into the high 12s and still be very streetable, a little spray and low 12s high 11s are possible

That or take 500# out your car, a junkstang moves with that lil 5.0 or 4.6 because it weighs less.

I'll have to agree that for the same amount of work with little diff in price you'd be WAY more satisfied with the 350 block.

Small bores suck!
