VE as % (FL2) in the 7747?

VE as % (FL2) in the 7747?
I see two basic maps for this ratio in the stock Bins for a 5.7
as in AMUR Vs. ARJT most of the others I have found follow these.
How Is this part of the fuel map used?
Is this where I might adjust for a bit more cam to keep my OPEN LOOP air / fuel ratio close?
