hello. im having some serious probs here and need some help. my car doesn't like to start when its warm. in the morning it'll start fine, but after i drive it a while and shut her down she doesn't like to start. if i shut it off, and turn it right back on, its fine, but if i wait a minute, it wont start. i had a buddy turn the car over while i watched the injectors, and no fuel came out until it started ( with the help of a shot of ether starting fluid). any ideas? thanx

i'd say your fuel filter could be clogged, how often do you run a fuel system cleaner, there could be debris in your fuel line and/or fuel injectors

 

not very often. i only got the car a few months back.

the prob seems to be that there is no fuel coming out of the injectors until it starts ( with the starter fluid). what could cause this? would the fuel filter do this if its clogged?

might want to check the fuel pump and relay....sounds like its not giving you any gas until is started so it could be the relay id try the relay first and have you fuel pressure tested...you definetly dont wanna have to change the pump unless you have to...although its a good learning experience....from doing the fuel pump i now know how to do shocks and springs and all that good stuff :lala: :hail: :lala:
