IAC counts

IAC counts
I understand that the IAC counts need to be around 10-20. I have rebuilt my TBI and did the minimum idle adjustment to around 575 rpm, but my IAC counts are still up around 39 when idling in park. HOw do I get them down, or is there some other reason that the counts are staying high?

Turn the throttle plate adjustment screw open a little bit. Mine is real sensitive so start with 1/4 turn.
