fuel problem. please help
Hey guys
My buddy has a tbi vehicle that does not start unless you pour gas down the throttle body. He has probed the injector harness with a test light and said that both wires have power to them. I have never used a 12v test light before except for a noid light, I was always under the inpression that it may fry the ecm, If Im not mistaken only one wire should have power to it correct. Another throttle boddy was replace and also the ecm, still same problem. Any ideas?

Thanks guy
this is the first time working on tbi no start I had the haynes man no the mitchell so I was working blind. the two injecters have a two wires inj.1 - blue and red, inj.2 had green and white. according to the manual blue and green were ground and red and white positive so correct me if im wrong but the two positive wires should show 12v and two ground should be 0v, its the computer that grounds the injectors via green and blue. Heres whats weird if you unplug both injecters and prob all connecter they both have power? Is this right? Also which wire and from which circuit does the computer use to provide the logic to ground the injecters?
Thanks in advance!
