Questions

Hey guys, I posted this in the tranny board, but I always get more and better answers from you guys so I am going to ask here as well...

Hey, When I am driving in 4th gear it slips in and out of overdrive... what causes this, how can I fix it, etc etc...

Also, when I cruise in 4th for a while my i get a code 32.. Now I have read the tech article on this but maybe I am just dumb cuz it didnt all sink in.. what causes this and how do I fix it. Thanks guys.

Code 32 is either a clogged, malfunctioning, or a defective EGR valve.

As for the tranny, check all the fluid? Does it slip in and out of OD like every five seconds or is it once in awhile.

like every 5 seconds, but not all the time... when it does it its like every few seconds... but sometimes it can go awhile without doing it.

anyway to check the egr... but the guy i bought the car from had just put a new egr valve in...
