I posted a couple days ago and i need help. I can't find the wires to do the VATS bypass. Can anyone email me or explain where about is the yellow wires or white ones is it near the fuse box? i look around the steering column and theres like 4 or 5 wires that are yellow. As you guys suggested i called an alarm guy that works with autostarts and he came and said it wasnt the VATS. He said he bypassed it but i did not see him do anything with a resistor and i told him what you guys said and he said you don't have to do that and he reconnected another yellow wire (it was a single yellow wire and nothing happended. he told me it was the starter. so i got under neath and did the screwdriver trick and it started turning but did'nt start the car. please help also is a 91 tbi have a pass key I or pass key II module. thanks guys.

 

i fixed the car yesteday by doing the vats bypass. in my car the color of wire is bright orange not yellow. thanks everyone for your help. hopefully this will be useful to those f-bodys whom have a orange wire.
