lower radiator hose

i cant get the damn thing off from the top positon...wtf!!!!!!!!

There should be a clamp on the connecting parts, if you're replacing it, just cut it and use a screwdriver to get the rest off. But, if it's still good, it will take some wiggling and force to get it off.
