do I have to modify anything to make these fit? I would assume that would be a no, but i am not sure. my cam just doesnt take full advantage of the lift possible with these heads. I got the xe262 cam and I feel that 1.6's would be great. I searched the archives, but i did not find a concrete answer for my question. thanks guys and gals!!

I dont know from past experience,so I cant say for certan, but I dont see why you would have to modify the heads to use them.

so I would say no, if it was my motor, I would just put them on and not worry about it.

I know for a fact on stock smog heads, you can put them on.
