My heater isn't very warm and my AC isn't very cool. I know it's not a problem with the blower, and I don't think the heater core is bad either. It is possible that I may be low on r-12, but do you think that I may have a leak in the air ducting that is leaking the hot and cold air out? The AC really sucks now that it is hot outside. I don't even feel the slightest bit of cool air even with my hand on the vents, it's just warm air.
