i recently removed the smog pump of my 91 bird. now when im at an idle since the pump is removed the belt hums. it doesnt cause any problems but its iritating as hell. does anybody know if someone makes some sort of idler pulley to take place of the smog pump so my belt wont humm?

 

Probably not cause of the legality of it. You might try a smaller belt. This might give a little less vibration or hummm.
